Bright has been working in the building industry for over 25 years. He initially began his career as a trader of building material. During 1979 to 1986, with enthusiasm, his profession started as a sale in building material which was a foundation within industrial markets. His friendly extrovert and sociable personality encourage and develop his well-known reputation in service. In addition, he has proposed a new strategy which result a remarkable company income growth in southern Taiwan tile industries. Today, the strategy is still practical to the relevant industries.

As he migrated to Australia in 1998, he believed land was the first priority in nature resources. He then collected relevant information, analysed intensively in marketing movement. Studied at TAFE has also provided service in real estate at the same time.
